PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polycarbonate-based flame retardant resin composition having excellent flame retardance performances and excellent melt fluidity, simultaneously improved in strength to various testing methods and capable of maintaining the properties even when placed in a high-temperature and high- humidity environment. SOLUTION: This polycarbonate-based flame retardant resin composition is characterized as comprising (A) 50-98 pts.wt. of a polycarbonate resin, (B) 49-1 pt.wt. of a rubber-modified styrene-based resin prepared by copolymerizing one or more kinds of a vinyl cyanide monomer and an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and an aromatic vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber-like polymer according to a bulk polymerization method or a solution polymerization method, (C) 30-0.1 pt.wt. of a butadiene-based graft copolymer obtained by copolymerizing the alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer and the aromatic vinyl monomer in the presence of a rubber-like butadiene-based polymer according to an emulsion polymerization method and (D) 1-30 pts.wt. of an organophosphorus compound oligomer.
