PURPOSE: A method for managing daily manpower using the internet is provided to manage the manpower collectively by transmitting information related to a job to a server and providing the information to companies which requests a worker, thereby performing an interview for finding a job through an internet monitor or an internet TV. CONSTITUTION: A job hunter connects to a server and an initial screen is displayed on a screen for inputting an ID and a password(13). If the job hunter is entered in the site initially, the job hunter must register to the membership, and searches job offering companies by clicking a menu of data search(16¯18). If the job hunter clicks a menu for an interview, an interview window is displayed and an interview is processed between the job hunter and an interview manager(20,21). If the job hunter clicks a menu of E-mail, a homepage or a notice board, information of the homepage or the notice board may be provided to the job hunter(26¯30).
