PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine housing capable of preventing stress concentration in a scroll part without enlarging the heat capacity of the scroll part or without blowing a traveling wind in traveling a vehicle against the scroll part. SOLUTION: This turbine housing 11 is provided with the scroll part 12 dividedly formed into a first scroll part 16 and a second scroll part 17, a cover part 13 having a first cover part 22 and a second cover part 23, and a flange part 14. The end of the first scroll part 16 is slidably fitted to a pipe enlargement part 29 of the second scroll part 17. The high-temperature exhaust gas introduced into the scroll part 12 via an exhaust gas guide port 19 expands the scroll part 12 by the heat to generate a stress, however, the stress is distributed by the slide mechanisms of the first scroll part 16 and the second scroll part 17 to prevent stress concentration on the scroll part 12.
