PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operation a polymer material having complete nontoxicity, bio compatibility, bio degradability and conventional plasticized PVC characteristics. SOLUTION: This polymer material is a polymer material comprising a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as a base containing a polycaprolactone(PCL) derivative in which the polycaprolactone(PCL) derivative contains a segment of polycaprolactone(PCL) having 500-15,000 molecular weight and the segment of the polycaprolactone(PCL) is bonded to a polyoxyethylene glycol(PEGs) or a polyoxypropylene glycol having 188-4,000 molecular weight or not. The material is defined by the general formula (n is a number of 4-135; z is a number of 5-300; r is a number of 200-20,000).
