PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody which acts against human keratinocyte growth factor (KGF), can be used for the accurate and rapid detection and assay of KGF in various kinds of organs, tissues and cells, and can be utilized for the detection and immunoassay of cholesteatoma and other various tumors, because of the antibody les a high specificity to KGF.
