PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent panel body with a grille having good appearance. SOLUTION: The translucent panel body 1 with a grille is equipped with a grille member 5 provided by jointing it with an adhesive 7 to one side surface 3a and a grille pattern 15 provided by constituting with a band-shaped line 16 on the other side surface 3b, the grille member 5 has a width smaller than that of the band-shaped line 16 and is located at the position overlapping the band-shaped line 16, and the adhesive 7 has a width smaller than that of the grille member 5 and is located at a position overlapping the grille member 5.
