PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing pyroligneous acid, capable of efficiently carrying out the production by simplifying the fine regulation of blowed air during combustion. SOLUTION: This apparatus for producing pyroligneous acid, constituted of a charcoal-making furnace and a heat-exchanger has the first air-regulating part formed in a lid body of the charcoal-making furnace, and the second air- regulating part formed in the first air-regulating part.
