PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a knit fabric excellent in shape retaining properties and comfortableness to wear. SOLUTION: This tubular knit fabric is characterized in that the fabric is knitted in the tubular form by feeding elastic yarns to each of needle beds using a double raschel knitting machine and has two or more kinds of knitted pattern parts different in stretching force and >=1.1 times ratio of the respective stretching forces for the two or more kinds of knit fabric pattern parts.
