PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the faucet device of a water storage tank for a leader water intake device, by which projecting length from the exterior wall surface of the water storage tank can be shortened. SOLUTION: In the faucet device of the water storage tank for the leader water intake device, the faucet device is manufactured in constitution in which a faucet body with a vertical pipe section, in which both ends are opened, and a connecting pipe section, in which one end is opened into the vertical pipe section and the other end is connected to a drain inlet for the water storage tank and which is extended to the side from the wall surface of the vertical pipe section, a cock body, which is formed in a cylindrical shape, in which a lower end is opened, and inserted rotatably to the vertical pipe section and in which a water conveyance hole coinciding with the opening of the connecting pipe section by rotation is bored to a part of a peripheral wall, and an operating handle mounted at the upper end of the cock body are provided.
