PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely take a fire-protective measure to a conventional solar collector roof structure such as that the flame at a fire is easy to spread to the whole roof structurally since an air passage having a roof gradient is made directly below a roof board, so that it is easy to burn extensively, in a solar system house where an air passage right under a roof board is connected to a solar collector box by heat insulating material, and a handling box is installed indoors and the inflow side of the handling box is connected to the above heat collective box, and the outflow side is coupled with a descending duct. SOLUTION: This solar system house is made into such fire protection construction, that an outside air intake 3 is blocked with a metallic grill plate 28 where many slit air intakes 27 are made, and fire protective dampers 29 are set in these slit air intakes 27.
