<p>The subject of invention is a thrust impeller (4) the speciality of which is a forward-directed rake of impeller blades. It enables the blades to exert pressure on the water (6) under the impeller. Due to the high speed, the blades create a great thrust force without ejection of water in the air achieving high efficiencies in this way. The application of the thrust impeller is advantageous for all planing ships where propellers, surface propellers or jets have been used nowadays.</p> |
