PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the basic performance of plural GPS receivers having different specifications by using the same evaluation standards in one evaluation means. SOLUTION: A communication format selection part 202 directs an operator to select one of plural communication formats and holds the selected communication format. A data checking part 203 compares and checks the communication format inputted from a GPS receiver 1 with the communication format held by the communication format selection part 202. A data conversion part 204 decodes only the GPS data for which the coincidence of the format is confirmed by the checking part based on the communication format, converts it into the internal data and sends it to a parameter display processing means in a subsequent stage indicated by codes 205-209. |
