PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an inverter-driven refrigerator for maintaining the freshness of cooled articles by lessening a temperature difference between the inside temperature of a showcase and the cooled articles. SOLUTION: The control device is equipped with a compressor 1a sending a refrigerant to the showcase 6 through a refrigerant piping 7 and an inverter controller 5 which receives information as an input from a showcase controller 10 through a transmission line 11 and gives an output to an inverter 4 changing the number of revolutions of a compressor motor 1b, on the basis of the information. By controlling the inverter according to an output of a temperature sensor 14 detecting the temperature of the cooled articles in the showcase, it is possible to maintain the freshness of the articles and to prevent deterioration of the quality.
