PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a key for an entrance for a house and a key for a bicycle or the like are often entered into a handbag or the like ungrudgingly because of few pockets in clothes especially for women and there are a large number of persons having experience that the keys are gotten mixed and do not appear considerably in case of extraction. SOLUTION: A through-hole is formed at the front end section of the nipping section of a nipping clip (1), a part for connecting to the key such as a ring (2) is fitted into the through-hole and the key (3) is attached to the part, the key is held under a hung state when the part is bitten at the edge of the handbag (4) or the like or the edges (5) of these inside pockets and the part is not gotten mixed, and the part can be extracted easily when the nipping clip (1) is picked and pulled up in case of the necessity of the key (3).
