The invention relates to a composition and method by which the plasticity of the initial material is improved and deformation in the finished products and the appearance of network fissures on the surfaces and large cracks and lamination in the interior of the tiles is eliminated. Thus the opportunity is established for the manufacture of wall tiles by extrusion. The composition includes magnesium oxide, plastic clay, quartz, talcum, colourants, barytes , palm tree fibres, cellulose fibres and aqueous solution of magnesium chloride and magnesium sulphate. 2 claims
