PURPOSE: A fluid mixing equipment is provided, which can prevent any back flow of mixed fluid to No.2 fluid generation part even when the check valve does not work, so that the system can mix gas-gas, liquid-gas and liquid-liquid and can prepare ozone water, useful for water purification, bleaching and sterilizing. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: a fluid mixing part(20) for mixing No.1 fluid and No.2 fluid; a No.1 passage line(40) for feeding the No.1 fluid to the fluid mixing part(20); a No.2 passage line(50) for feeding the No.2 fluid to the fluid mixing part(20); a No.3 passage line(60) for discharging the mixed fluid mixed at the fluid mixing part(20); a fluid back flow detecting sensor(62) for detecting back flow and for generating back flow signal; and a No.1 solenoid valve(52) installed at the No.2 passage line(50) for receiving signal from the detector(62) and for closing flow.
