PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a pressure leak in a state that a tip is mounted. SOLUTION: A reagent pack is installed at a device (S1), the tip is mounted on the tip of a nozzle by keeping its airtightness by an O-ring (S2), and a dispensing operation is started (S3). During the dispensing operation, a part of a waste liquid is discharged to, and housed in, a tip disposal part which is molded integrally in the reagent pack (S4), and the dispensing operation is finished (S5). The tip of the tip is pressed into a taper-shaped tip pressure part formed on the bottom part of the tip disposal part, the tip is closed (S6), the inside of a pipe is pressurized (S7), a rise in the internal pressure of the pipe is judged (S8), the pressure leak is judged when the internal pressure does not rise up to a reference pressure, and 'an abnormal state' is displayed (S9). When the internal pressure rises to the reference pressure or more, the internal pressure after a pressurization stop is monitored (S10). When the internal pressure after the elapse of a prescribed time from the pressurization stop is smaller than the reference pressure, 'the abnormal state' is displayed (S9). When the internal pressure is at the reference pressure or more, it is judged that the pressure leak does not exist, and 'a normal state' is displayed (S11). |
