PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hot meltable adhesive without containing a tackifier resin, without or less bleeding of a resin component containing or including an amorphous polyolefin, and to provide a laminate using the adhesive. SOLUTION: This adhesive mass comprises an amorphous polyolefin without containing a tackifier resin and has 104 to 106 Pa modulus of elasticity within the range of 80-100 deg.C and 102-104 Pa modulus of elasticity within the range of 100-130 deg.C.
