METHOD FOR PRODUCING PURIFIED ACRYLOXY GROUP-OR METHACRYLOXY GROUP-CONTAINING ORGANOSILICON COMPOUND

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably purify an organosilicon compound containing acryloxy group or methacryloxy group without discoloring a distillate in a distilling step provided with a distillation still and a distillation column on an industrial scale. SOLUTION: A mixture solution of one or more kinds selected from aromatic amine compounds and aromatic sulfur compounds with the organosilicon compound containing the acryloyl group or methacryloyl group is fed from the distillation column and one or more kinds selected from the aromatic amine compounds or the aromatic sulfur compounds, a hindered phenol compound, a copper dialkyldithiocarbamate and a phosphorus-containing compound are added to a distillation charging liquid and the resultant mixture is then distilled in an atmosphere of an inert gas containing oxygen.
