PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a kitchenware which is equipped with varieties of physical properties for kitchen appliances including corrosion resistance, non-sticking property and wear resistance, and on the surface of which TiN layer is formed is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of preparing metal matrix; and forming a TiN layer on one side or both sides of the matrix, wherein the matrix is one material selected from cladding materials including aluminum(11), stainless steel(12), and at least aluminum and stainless steel, wherein the matrix is formed in a kitchenware shape, wherein the TiN layer(13) is formed by vacuum deposition or sputtering deposition, wherein TiO2 or TiC is additionally added to the TiN in the vacuum deposition and sputtering deposition, the matrix is a steel sheet before being formed in a shape of the kitchenware(10), wherein the TiN layer forming step comprises the steps of forming a Ti layer on one side or both sides of the matrix by cladding a Ti sheet; and nitriding the Ti layer, and wherein the nitriding of the Ti layer is performed after forming a clad sheet formed of the matrix and the Ti layer into a kitchenware shape.
