PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where, with the images of objects 100 by n-pieces equal to the number of lenses of a lens array 111 imaged on a 2-dimension detector 160, only a spectrometric image of division number of nx×ny/n is acquired even if the 2-dimension detector 160 of such multiple pixels as nx×ny is used, resulting in the spectrometric image of low space resolution. SOLUTION: A Fourier spectrometric image measuring means is moved while a distance from an object is kept constant so that an optical path difference corresponding to a distance taken when a measurement light vertically incident on a flat end surface of a double refraction means reaches a slope end surface is provided.
