PURPOSE: A system and a method for trading analyst-stocks are provided to improve the trust of information supplied from analysts by evaluating the analysts with reference to the analyst-stocks issued to the analysts. CONSTITUTION: An analyst database(DB)(21) includes an identification of an analyst, a kind of information, and information of issued analyst-stocks. The information provided by the analyst is stored on an information DB(22). A member DB(23) stores identification of members, a cyber-money of each member, and a current possession status of the analyst-stocks. A stockholder DB(24) stores a list of the analyst-stocks, the members having the analyst-stocks, and stock amount of the members. An ordering DB(25) stores an ordering content as the analyst-stocks are traded. A public offering DB(26) stores a public offering day and time, amount of money in the public offering, a public offering status, and contents. An information providing module(27) provides information on the information DB(22) to terminals of the members according to searching and reading intention of the members. In case that the members order to buy and sell a specific analyst-stock, an ordering process module(28) stores the ordering transaction to the ordering DB(25) and concludes the order. A public offering module(29) announces the public offering contents stored in the public offering DB(26) to the members, in case of issuing the analyst-stocks firstly and stores the public offering order to the public offering DB(26).
