PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrically conductive cover tape which has high charge preventive effect when peeling off, versatile sealability and excellent transparency. SOLUTION: This cover tape for covering a carrier tape having an accommodating portion for accommodating electronic components comprises a base layer, an intermediate layer and an adhesive layer, the base layer is formed of a synthetic resin film, aπelectron-conjugate type electrically conductive polymer layer is provided on an upper surface thereof, the intermediate layer is provided between the base layer and the adhesive layer to couple these two layers, the adhesive layer is formed of a resin for heat-sealing the carrier tape, and a 71 electron-conjugate electrically conductive polymer layer is also provided on a lower surface thereof. The electrically conductive cover tape has >=50% total light transmissivity and <=30% clouding value.
