The pillow has several separated different shaped chambers. The middle chamber in the head area between the shoulder blades extends into the area of the dorsal vertebra and has a central raised area along the neck and spinal column which causes the upper vertebra to stretch and the lower neck column to relax. The longitudinal sectional contour of the chamber is filled out to take the shape of the back of the head, the neck column and the upper dorsal vertebra. The chamber is filled with plastics fibre balls
