PURPOSE: A dust collecting grinder is provided to eliminate dust by forming a dust hole in a handle having a filter and an air vent, to manufacture easily without modifying the structure, and to prevent dust or contaminants from being dispersed during grinding. CONSTITUTION: A dust collecting grinder is composed of a body; a case(20) having a wheel cover(50) in the end of the body; a first bevel gear(12) rotating by a motor, and turning a second bevel gear(13) mounted in a shaft(14) and a grinding disk(40); an outer case(20a) having a dust collecting hole(21) in the front and both sides of the case; a fan(60) formed in the upper part of the shaft and placed over the dust collecting hole to suck dust; and a handle(30) having a filter(70). The dust is filtered with the filter, and air is discharged through an air vent(32) with penetrating the dust collecting hole through the handle. The handle is separated from the outer case with a threaded part(31). The dust is sucked into the dust collecting hole with the fan rotated in the shaft in rotating the grinding disk, and filtered with the filter. The air is discharged through the air vent of the handle.
