Summary of the invention consists in, that the vodka contains glycerine, sodium bicarbonate, sugar syrop and water-alcoholic liquid in the following components ratio per 1000 dal of blending:aromatic alcohol of coriander, L 0,9...1,0 aromatic alcohol of balm, L 0,9...1,0 65,8% sugar syrop, L 18,0...20,0 citric acid, kg 0,01...0,014 sodium carbonate, kg 0,02 water-alcoholic liquid, L the rest up to the strength of 40 vol. %.The result of the invention consists in production of vodka possessing a delicate and fresh coriander and balm flavour.Claims: 1
