<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a utilization of only a bottle as a recycled resin of high quality by automatically releasing a label from a surface of the bottle, and collecting the label as a source separated refuse. SOLUTION: The method for recycling the plastic bottle comprises a crushing step of crushing the bottle to fine pieces, a first sorting step of heating a label piece, collecting the piece made of a polystyrene rounded by a heat shrinkage by a sieve and taking the piece out, a second sorting step of throwing a bottle piece and the label piece in water, precipitating both the pieces according to a difference of specific gravities, floating the label piece made of a polyethylene and the bottle piece made of a polypropylene on water, and taking them out, a third sorting step of washing the bottle piece and the label piece made of paper in a tank, dissolving the label made of the paper in the water and taking out only the bottle piece, and a recycling step of recovering the bottle piece obtained in the previous step and recycling it to a recyclable state.</p> |
