SOLUTION: The ear part that is long in the lengthwise direction is separately harvested into at least two regions and grains are collected separately in every region. The grains of good quality, namely low levels of the protein content and the proportion of immature grains are classified whereby the rice grains of single variety or of blend types are provided under new concepts and exactly meet the diversified consumers' needs.
