PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film excellent in heat resistance, reduced in its dimensional change caused by water absorption and showing sufficient adhesion between a laminated metal and a resin film, and a printed board using the laminated film. SOLUTION: The laminated film is constituted by forming a metal membrane with a thickness of 0.1-100μm comprising at least one metal selected from the group consisting of gold, silver, copper, nickel and aluminum on at least the single surface of a film with a thickness of 3-300μm comprising a cyclic polyolefinic resin containing at least one polar group selected from the group consisting of an ether group, an ester group, a carbonyl group and a hydroxyl group in its structure and the printed board is obtained using this laminated film.
