PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the vibration of an outer tub in a dehydrating process hardly transmit to a case body, to reduce the collision of a freely extensible and contractible hose for leading hot air with the periphery by the vibration at the time of dehydration and to efficiently perform drying in a washing and drying machine capable of conducting washing to drying. SOLUTION: An inner tub 30 provided with a rotation center axis in a vertical direction is freely rotatably supported inside the outer tub 25 suspended inside the case body 24, a rotary blade 32 is freely rotatably arranged on the inner bottom part of the inner tub 30, the inner tub 30 or the rotary blade 32 is driven by a motor 27, the hot air heated by a heater 36 is blown into the inner tub 30 by a blower 35 for circulation and cooling air is introduced by the blower 37 for cooling. The upper surface of the outer tub 25 is covered with an outer tub cover 38 provided with an inner lid 39, an ejection port 40 formed on the outer tub cover 38 for exhausting the hot air and the opening part 42 of a circulation air passage 41a for leading the hot air are connected by a freely extendible and contractible bellows hose 43 and the bellows hose 43 is turned to an almost inverse truncated conical shape in which the diameter of the side of the circulation air passage 41a is larger.
