PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-stand machine for lending a game medium for which a main body unit can be easily pulled out and pushed in from/to an attaching frame and the operability of attachment and detachment is improved. SOLUTION: This inter-stand machine A for lending the game medium is composed of the attaching frame 1 attached adjacently to a game machine B inside a game island and the main body unit 2 mounted on the attaching frame. A recessed part 28 for pulling out the main body unit is formed at a part positioned in front of the front surface of the game machine on at least one of the left and right side faces of the main body unit. Preferably, the recessed part is formed on the intermediate part of the height direction of the main body unit. Also, the recessed part is formed on the side face of a cover member 26 attached while covering a prescribed operation part on the front surface side of the main body unit.
