PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet with a joint excellent in design effect and three-dimensional feeling and suitable as the wall surface of a bathroom, the wall surface of a lavatory, the wall surface of a toilet and a kitchen back panel of a sink, a small kitchen range or the like, and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 1 with the joint consists of a joint groove 2 wherein a substrate 10, a base coat layer 20 and a top coat layer are laminated in this order. In a pattern 3, the substrate 10, the base coat layer 20, an ionizing radiation curable resin layer 30, a pattern layer 42 and the top coat layer 50 are laminated in this order. The base coat layer has a joint color and the top coat layer is transparent or translucent.
