PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED light-emitting umbrella wherein the rib-structure strength is increased, the wiring work is easy, and at the same time of a ferrule and a tip synchronously emit light, and the light-emitting effect is always stable. SOLUTION: A main cord and a light-emitting switch are provided on the handle section of an umbrella, and an LED is provided in a transparent ferrule member. Then, a sub-cord is installed in a main rib, and also, a terminal is provided on the free ends of the main cord, sub-cords and the ferrule section. Above an upper pulley, a cord-connecting section is provided, and on the peripheral edge of the cord-connecting section, a receptacle section to be connected to the terminals is provided, and thus, the conductivity of the cords is stabilized. At the same time, the pivotally attaching structure for the main rib, connecting members and receiving ribs is changed. Also, a tube section on one end of the main rib is pivotally attached to an area above the upper pulley, and the attaching of the sub-cord is simplified.
