PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical multilayer tube varied in hardness in the longitu dinal direction thereof and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: This medical multilayer tube has a multilayer structure in which at least two polymer materials differed in hardness are laminated. The hardness of this tube is varied in the longitudinal direction.
