PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deterioration of the durability and maintainabiliy of a fertilizing device in a fertilizing device-having sulky rice transplanter in which a seedling-planting device 11 is mounted on the rear portion of a travel machine frame 1 equipped with a driver's seat 9 and further in which the fertilizing device 20 for applying a fertilizer to the row of seedlings planted with the seedling-planting device 11 is disposed at a site between the driver's seat 9 and the seedling-planting device 11 in the travel machine frame 1. SOLUTION: This sulky rice transplanter having the fertilizing device, is characterized by disposing a fender 31 for the outer periphery of a rear wheel 4 in a rearward extended state at a site above the rear wheel supported in the rear portion of the travel machine frame 1.
