PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting device for a rice transplanter, furnished with an adjusting screw requiring no locking nut. SOLUTION: This planting device for rice transplanter has a planting claw on a rotary case wherein the tip of an adjusting screw for adjusting installation posture of the planting claw to the rotary case is projected from a side of the planting claw so as not to be put with a locking nut thereon, and a groove formed on the tip and a groove for an O-ring formed midway of the adjusting claw.
