PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively constitute a tool for repelling birds and beasts, capable of preventing the birds and the beasts from approaching to a prescribed range, and capable of being readily installed in any site. SOLUTION: Circular optical interference parts 3 are formed on the front and back surfaces of two parts of a flexible transparent film 2 having about 0.1-1 mm thickness to form an optical interference means c capable of emitting color light having complex strange color obtained by the interference action of the light when the light interference parts 3 are irradiated with the light. For example, the light interference means c is formed by forming fine grooves such as these of a compact disk to cause the light interference, by forming a thin film coating layer to cause the light interference or by the way without them to cause the light interference. The light interference parts 3 can be formed into nearly hemisphere shapes to form a three-dimensional structure.
