PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the sterilization of a coupler to be connected to the connection port of a dialyzer for artificial dialysis treatment to perfectly prevent the contamination of the coupler in the insertion to the connection port of the dialyzer, to facilitate and ensure the inserting operation of the coupler, and to provide an inexpensive dialyzer connecting aseptic coupler. SOLUTION: This coupler 5 comprises an insert port 6 formed of an elastic resin material, a tube connection port 8 communicating therewith through an internal passage 9 on the opposite end part to the insert port 6, a liquid stopping annular projection 14 formed on the circumference of the insert port 6 through a liquid flowing annular groove 13 formed in the vicinity of the tip so as to have an outer diameter closely fitted to the inside surface of the connection port 4 of a washing device 3, a body-side major diameter part 15 formed on the circumference away from the liquid stopping annular projection 14 to the inner side of the insert port 6, and an O-ring band 16 mounted on the circumference of the insert port 6 between the projection 14 and the major diameter part 15. The O-ring band 16 is rolled on the circumference of the insert part 6 by a hand, whereby the inside diameter side is contracted and the outer diameter side is extended to exhibit the fastening force to the rolled part. |
