PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease cost by manufacturing concrete blocks with excess ready mixed concrete at a construction site on every concrete work without buying the concrete blocks for making a dimension of thickness of cover concrete for iron reinforcing bars placed in a concrete base in construction of a house. SOLUTION: A form for concrete blocks in which it is possible to prepare four kinds of dimensions of thickness of the cover concrete for the iron reinforcing bars with a bottom plate A with two bending parts (9 and 10) with appropriate dimensions at appropriate positions of a belt-like member and with a partition part with a tunnel-like semi-circular shape (13) at the central parts of the above described two bending parts, is provided.
