<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism carrier which has durability and excellent microorganism implantability, lessens the laboriousness of operation and can reduce a running cost. SOLUTION: The microorganism carrier consists of structures in which loops are formed by continuous filaments consisting of thermoplastic resins and the greater part of the each other's contact parts are joined. The sectional shapes of the filaments have recessed shapes and the relationship between the sectional area (S0) of the circumcircle of the sectional shapes and the sectional area (Su) of the recessed parts satisfies 20>=(S0)/(Su).</p> |
