<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for controlling conveyance in a hot endless rolling line where rough-rolled sheet bars are joined, continuously rolled by a finishing mill, cut at the jointed part by a strip shear and coiled by a down-coiler to obtain hot rolled coils. SOLUTION: This conveyance control is constituted of extraction pitch deciding means for deciding extraction pitch from a heating furnace, rolling progress schedule deciding means for deciding the progress schedule of materials and interference evading means for evading interference by confirming whether the rear end of a preceding material interferes with the tip of the succeeding material or not on the line from the heating furnace to a sheet bar coiler and, in the case that they interfere with each other, adding at least a part of the allowance time of the sheet bar coiler to the extraction pitch.</p> |
