PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable eating and drinking tool which can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the eating and drinking tool an operation section with a function necessary for eating and drinking is integrally and continually provided by means of a hinge section on the inside of a ring-shaped grip section. When in use, the operation section is folded outward by the hinge section to be secured to the grip section by any fitting means.
