PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable mat in a reclining condition. SOLUTION: The mat 1 comprises a mat base section 2 to be laid on the floor surface and a rotary section 3 which can at least rotate to be in a spread condition and in a reclining condition. In the spread condition the mat is folded out at a first point of support P1 provided on the side E1 on one end of the base section 2 of the mat and makes a straight line with respect to the base section 2 of the mat. In the reclining condition the mat is folded and engaged with the base section 2 of the mat at an inclined angle of the folding. In the reclining condition of the rotary section 3 of the mat, the base section 2 of the mat has a support section 6 which prevents the fall of the rotary section 3 of the mat in the reclining condition by projecting to the side E1 on the one end from the first point of support P and being supported by the floor surface.
