PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate position adjustment of a handrail for the height of a user. SOLUTION: When a cam 4 provided on a hollow shaft 16 of a handrail 3 is rotationally moved down around a core shaft 18, a pressure receiving rod 21 is pushed down to cause a fixture 22 to be moved down via an intermediate spring 23 so that a movable member 2 is fixed to a rail 1. For position adjustment of the handrail 3, if the cam 4 is rotationally moved up with the handrail 3, the fixture 22 is moved up with the operation of a return spring 24 and separated from the rail 1 so that the movable member 2 can be moved along the rail 1 to a desired position. |
