METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing plasma display panel is provided to maximize contact area between the bus electrode and common and scanning electrodes by allowing the bus electrode to have an improved cross section. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of preparing a transparent front substrate(21); the second step of laminating a photosensitive dry film onto the front substrate; the third step of exposing pattern of a bus electrode(23) to the photosensitive dry film in such a manner that a plurality of conductive bus electrodes are formed onto the front substrate; the fourth step of developing the dry film where pattern of bus electrode is formed; the fifth step of filling a bus electrode formation recess of the dry film with an original material of the bus electrode; the sixth step of stripping off the dry film; the seventh step of baking the original material of the bus electrode so as to thereby complete formation of bus electrode; the eighth step of burying the bus electrode by forming transparent conductive common and scanning electrodes(24,25) onto the bus electrode; the ninth step of forming the first dielectric layer(26) for burying electrodes(23,24,25) onto the front substrate; and the tenth step of forming a protective film(27) onto the first dielectric layer.
