PURPOSE: Woven goods for a sofa are provided to prevent dust, sweat and humidity from permeating into a cushion layer of a sofa and to sterilize the cushion layer with discharging beneficial material to the human body by mixing loess powder, elvan powder, germanium powder and charcoal powder to polyurethane at a specific rate in a process of coating woven goods for a sofa with polyurethane. CONSTITUTION: Elvan, germanium and charcoal is crushed into powder respectively and kept in additional vessels, and loess is prepared. The elvan powder, germanium powder, charcoal powder and loess powder is filtered at 200-500 meshes. 25wt% of loess powder, 10wt% of elvan powder, 10wt% of germanium powder and 10wt% of charcoal powder is mixed with 45wt% of polyurethane. Then, the mixture is coated and dried over the other side of woven goods(1) for a sofa. Finally, the dried woven goods for a sofa are wound up to products. A pattern(2) is printed on the surface of the woven goods for a sofa while a coating layer(8) of polyurethane(3), loess powder(4), elvan powder(5), germanium powder(6) and charcoal powder(7) is formed on the other side. Thereby, dust, sweat and humidity do not permeate into a cushion layer of a sofa by the waterproof property of polyurethane of the coating layer. In addition, far infrared rays beneficial to the human body are emitted by loess powder, elvan powder, germanium powder and charcoal powder. The loess powder and charcoal powder has several functions of humidity control, deodorization, antibiosis and dehumidification.
