PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-assemble gutter hook reducing the number of part items of a means for fixing a hanger body and a mounting tool in predetermined positions. SOLUTION: In the gutter hook, a gutter hook body 1 and a mounting rod 9 are connected to each other by a connector 11 which is passed through an oblong hole 8 in the gutter hook body 1 in order to slidably mount the gutter hook body 1 in the mounting hole 9, and turning levers 13 and 30 are provided at the connector 11 in such a manner that each freely changes its position between a lock position A wherein the gutter hook body 1 is locked to the mounting rod 9 and an unlock position B wherein the gutter hook body 1 is freely slidable relative to the mounting rod 9. Cam parts 20a and 20b are provided to project integrally from the turning lever 13 and the gutter hook body 1 is formed with an engagement recess 17 in which the cam parts 20a and 20b are freely detachably and pressedly engaged at the lock position A of the turning levers 13 and 30 to press the gutter hook body 1 against the mounting rod 9.
