<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the mechanical strength and durability in a resin gear formed by arranging a ring-like reinforced fiber base material and a ring-like metal bush in a molding die, and impregnating the reinforced fiber base material with the liquid resin filled in the molding die for integration. SOLUTION: A reinforced fiber base material 1 obtained by winding a cylindrical body formed by knitting the aramid fiber yarn in the axial direction and forming it into a ring is pressed into a similar shape of the molding die by a cold die so as to obtain a rectangular cross section, and this reinforced fiber base material 1 is housed in the molding die with the metal bush 2, and the liquid resin is filled for integration. A reinforced fiber base material volume ratio in a resin mold including the reinforced fiber base material is set at 30-65%, desirably, at 45-55%, and as the aramid fiber yarn, a mixture yarn of the para group aramid fiber and the organic fiber having the strength lower than that of the para group aramid fiber is used, and the quantity of the para aramid fiber mixture is set at 30-60% by mass, desirably, 40-50% by mass.</p> |
