PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing paper which is soft for the eyes of users, can reduce loads added to the eyes of the users, even when the paper is used for a long time, and is also useful for environmental protection. SOLUTION: This form paper characterized by having a while color with a yellowish green color. The whiteness degree is 75 to 70%. The form wherein a* value and b* is -1.5±1.0 and 3.0 to 5.0, respectively, in L*a*b* color difference values. The paper is applied to writing base paper such as base paper for note books, base paper for report paper, letter paper or base paper for slips, or to base paper for books.
