PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a winding device and, at the same time, to reduce the load on the device. SOLUTION: Parallel (n) electric wires obtained by dividing an electric wire 22 drawn out of a single electric wire bobbin pack 20 are wound around an assembled strand bobbin 30. An electric wire group 46 drawn out of the bobbin 30 is guided by means of a nozzle base 80 and wound around a bobbin 40. Since no other electric wire bobbin pack other than the pack 20 is required and the bobbin 30 is rotatable, no large winding tension acts on the nozzle base 80. In addition, since a jig 88 which holds a completed coil is rotated synchronously with the bobbin 40, rewinding of the completed coil around the bobbin 40 can be prevented. Moreover, since a tensioner is provided between the strand bobbin 30 and nozzle base 80, the slacking of strands can be prevented at the time of forming the coil.
